Tour of Clearfield Station project to highlight development and transit in Clearfield City

WHAT: UTA Clearfield FrontRunner Station will enhance access to public transportation and build economic connections that will stimulate future growth in and around Clearfield. This walking tour will highlight an area where a vibrant transit-oriented community is being developed to meet the needs of city residents for generations to come.
Since the groundbreaking in 2022, a new 2.25-acre public park has been completed, all utilities have been installed and revitalization efforts are well underway to transform an estimated 1 million square feet of Clearfield City. Leaders envision the Clearfield Station project as a hub of urban life with work, shop and play options all accessible by public transit.
BY THE NUMBERS:
- Projected revenue: $1.2 million estimated revenue in the first 10 years
- New office space: 550,000 square feet
- New commercial space: 67,500 square feet
- Tower Park: 2.25 acres
